The location of this hotel is fantastic! We were able to walk to all the attractions and shops. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering us a kitchen to make lunch and dinner. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi and car parking. the breakfast was also delicious and customizable, with the staff fulfilling our requests for specific food items. We also appreciated the small balcony in our room, which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the famous caves that transform into the largest European Christmas market during winter. the room was comfortable, with clean sheets and a cozy balcony to relax on. the breakfast was delicious, with the staff accommodating special requests.
The noise level from outside doors could be heard in the early morning, slightly disrupting sleep.

Great location! Only a few minutes away from all the restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries. The free wifi was also a plus.
The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with our luggage. The shower was also quite low in height, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking and Wi-Fi were both free and convenient. The location near the famous caves and Christmas market was perfect for me. The breakfast was great and staff even accommodated my specific food requests. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
